Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made to order. Production begins shortly after an order is placed. Because of this, orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has started.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, email address, size, color, and product details at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, promotions, or product availability at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

Shipping

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, order volume, holidays, and shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, wrong color selected, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
