How long does shipping take?

All orders are printed and shipped on demand. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus 5–10 business days for standard shipping within the US. Total delivery time is typically 7–15 business days from the date of purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — sign up for our email list to stay updated!

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because all orders go directly into production, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every item is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please review the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're so sorry! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at nareeza77@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

What are your shirts and sweatshirts made of?

Our tees and sweatshirts are printed on high-quality unisex blanks. Each product page lists the specific material and fit details — we recommend checking there for the most accurate info.

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide. Our items run true to size, but if you're between sizes we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Are your designs customizable?

Our designs are currently not customizable. However, we're always adding new styles — if you have a design idea or occasion in mind, feel free to reach out!
