Orders and shipping

How long does shipping take?

Every piece is printed after you order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production, then 5-10 business days for standard shipping inside the United States. Most orders arrive about 7-15 business days after purchase. We will email tracking when your package ships.

When should I order for a party or gift date?

For a baby shower, first day of school, anniversary dinner, or retirement party, order at least 2-3 weeks before you need the shirt in hand. That buffer covers production, shipping, and any carrier delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the United States only. Join our email list if you want updates when international shipping opens.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will get an email with tracking so you can follow the package.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders move into production quickly, so we cannot change or cancel after checkout. Please double-check size, color, and shipping address before you pay.

Do you offer a first-order discount?

Yes. New customers can use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off their first order.

Returns and exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing preference or change of mind. Please use our Size Guide and the chart on the product page before you order.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email nareeza77@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will replace the item or refund you.

What are your shirts and sweatshirts made of?

We print on quality unisex blanks. Fabric details can differ by style, so check the product page for the exact material and fit notes for that design.

How do I find the right size?

Start with our Size Guide. Most pieces run true to size. If you are between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit. Buying as a gift? When in doubt, size up.

Are your designs customizable?

Designs are not customizable right now. We add new occasion styles often. If you have an idea for a milestone or role we have not covered, email us. We read every note.
