Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and produced before it ships.
During holidays, sales, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is usually:
United States: 3–8 business days after shipping
International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipping, if available
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, item weight, and available shipping method.
If free shipping is offered, it will be shown at checkout when your order qualifies.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office, neighbors, building office, or shipping carrier first.
We will do our best to help, but shipping carrier issues are outside of our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item
A clear photo of the packaging, if damaged
A short description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
